Return Policy

We hope you love every purchase from The Reading Nook Store! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required (receipt, order number, name, phone number, or email address used at checkout).
• Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
• New books must be free from signs of use or damage, including creased spines, bent or folded pages, writing, highlighting, stains, water damage, odors, or other wear that would prevent them from being sold as new.
• Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error are eligible for return or exchange regardless of condition upon arrival.

For online orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
